Ségépar is a solutions provider. It does not simply sell equipment and neither does it only sell software.

It recognizes that its customers are not experts in its business and so spends time to understand the issues that they face. It develops responses that combine hardware and software elements and, where appropriate, ensures effective integration with those customers’ operations.
At all times it works closely with its customers building a partnership which will ensure that they get full value from Segepar’s products.

Segepar understands that no company likes to have production stopped if it must wait for an engineer to visit in order to sort out some problems with its equipment. It has therefore developed a ‘no-delay’ approach to service based on tele-maintenance.This approach is based on ensuring that customers’ operational and technical staff are fully trained, on conducting regular preventative maintenance and on performing remote diagnostic checks via a TCP/IP link should there be any operational problems.
