Regulation
(EC) no 178/002 of the parliament and of the council of 28 Jan 02
provides the basis for a high level of protection of human health and
consumers’ interest in relation to food. In particular it takes into account the diversity in the supply of food including traditional products whilst ensuring te effective functioning of the internal market. It applies to all stages of production, processing and distribution of food and feed. This means that companies involved in the production and distribution of food must be able to track it and, when necessary, to trace it back to through its supply chain to its point of production. Segepar supplies Logitrace code, track and trace software to enable its customers to comply with European traceability legislation and also Logisoft for industrial labelling. |
NewsSegepar will participate in Process pharma from 24th until 25th September 2008 in Dreux.We have the pleasure to announce that Segepar will be at the Pack Expo Chicago 2008, Hall South, booth S-132. We will be attending the Emballage Event from 17th until 21st November 2008. You will find us in hall 4, booth n° 4 E 142. Segepar was at the LOGISTIAA SHOW, on July 1st 2008. During this event we met companies in the food-processing industry.
